We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after you receive your item to request a return.

We do not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return. To be eligible for returns, returned merchandise must be in the same condition as received, with tags, unworn or unused, and in the original packaging. Please email us a photo of the item and add your order number, style and color and reason for return. Goods must be returned by a trackable delivery method.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for pierced earrings or ear cuffs.
Please note that we do not provide free return labels for returns except for damaged items.
For returned orders, only the amount of the product will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.



As we are a global company, we do not accept resizing once an order has shipped, we recommend that you follow our specific sizing guide for each product. If your order has not shipped and you would like to change a size, please email us with the size and order number you would like to change immediately. Unfortunately, if your return or exchange request is made after your order has shipped, we will always follow our refund policy. This means you may not get free return/exchange shipping.



We only accept order cancellations before shipment. Cancellation of the order may incur a handling fee (approximately 8-15% of the order amount). Please contact our customer service team for details. If the order has been shipped, we will no longer provide order cancellation service.

Order delivery is collected by the flight service of the international logistics company. Therefore, when the order is just shipped, the logistics status and information may be delayed for a certain period of time.



Please check your order upon receipt and if the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, please report it to the courier and Oliika on the same day. Oliika is not responsible for items damaged in transit. We always pack our goods with care and inspect them before dispatch to minimize the risk of damage.
