How should I care for my jewelry?

When your jewelry is not being worn, please store it in a safe, dry place to prevent daily exposure, preferably in the original jewelry bag so that they do not rub, scratch or tangle with each other, make sure the parts are completely clean before storing dry. Please remove jewelry when exercising, showering and swimming. Avoid products with chemicals in perfumes, hairsprays, makeup, nail polish remover, body oils, sunscreens and deodorants. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oils, jewelry cleaners or polishing cloths as they will affect the finish.

Can I shower with jewelry?

Do not swim or shower while wearing gold-plated jewelry, and remove rings when washing your hands. Chlorine, salt water, and fresh water can damage precious metals and gemstones by darkening or corroding them. Soapy water from baths and showers can also leave a film that dulls the metal. Jewelry can discolour over time due to contact with natural body oils.

How should I clean my jewelry?

Use warm water and a non-detergent soap solution with a soft-bristled brush. If necessary, your jewelry can be cleaned with a soft, non-abrasive, lint-free cloth or chamois; this will help maintain or restore its luster. We do not recommend using any jewelry polishing cloths that have been treated with cleaners or polishes.

Am I allergic to jewelry?

Some people have allergic reactions to certain platings. Everyone's skin type is different. Some people have strong reactions to bronze, nickel and gold plating. If you are susceptible to this condition, avoid buying jewelry that is not pure gold or sterling silver. For those who are allergic to metals, it is better to choose other materials or consult a doctor. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or returns. We apologize in advance.
